For myself, my heirs, and executors, in consideration of any participation in the Family Fun Run/Walk for Epilepsy (herein under call the "Event"), hereby release and hold harmless the Epilepsy Foundation Western/Central Pennsylvania and others connected with the Event, including the Epilepsy Foundation National Office, municipalities, sponsors and their directors, officers, employees, volunteers or agents from any and all claims for damage or injuries which I may suffer in connection with the Event. I give my consent to use my name, likeness, voice or biographical information and any photos, recordings, or video tapes taken or any other publicity including me at the Event.
